(Lady Finger) 29 days. [Pre-1865] Mild-flavored, white, carrot- shaped roots up to 4-5 in. long. Best harvested small, but remains milder than other varieties when harvested large. Stands heat well. One of our favorites. Gardeners growing this for the first time are often pleasantly surprised by this good variety.
